No matter whether you have done Yoga before or whether you are a novice, the perfect lesson will be given according to your personal needs so that you may meet your body exactly where it is right now. My classes are gentle and recuperative and they follow the traditions of Sivananda and Satyananda Integral Hatha Yoga through postures, breath awareness and mindfulness. I offer a variety of different formats to suit your specific need, including group and individual classes, as well as in-person or online (via Skype).

I have small weekly group classes (maximum 8 people) @ R450.00 per month for one class each week or R130.00 for a drop-in class on any given week.
Please call me in advance to make sure that there is enough space available. All classes are offered in-person, with a weekly class offered both online and in-person on Tuesday mornings.
